Our Business Process

  • STEP 1: The Aries Resources Group process begins with a meeting with the client to learn about their priorities for the consulting project and the business problem(s) and to determine the client's objectives and expectations from the consulting project.
  • STEP 2: The second step is to determine and measure the current management, financial, operational, human resources, and marketing state of the business. This entails a review of financial statements, operational and production reports, HR records, etc. These are all the measurements of the critical success factors of the business.
  • STEP 3: The next process is to more precisely identify and analyze the business problems related to the critical success factors of the business.
  • STEP 4: The next stage is to develop a detailed plan, based on the analysis, which delineates the solutions to the problem(s).
  • STEP 5: The final, and most important step, is to implement the detailed plan, and to be flexible enough to change the plan if the priorities change, to solve the problem(s).
